Creative Spirit Market this weekend at DeSoto State Park!

Hello, folks! Just wanted to let everyone know that the shop will be closed this weekend, November 8th and 9th, because we will be away at the Creative Spirit Market, which is held every second weekend of November at DeSoto State Park in Fort Payne, Alabama. Come hang out with us there! It'll be almost 70 degrees tomorrow (and almost sixty on Sunday - booooo!) and we'll be chillin' at our tent, sipping warm beverages.

• Do you have a creative skill that you can teach others, such as drawing, painting, or gourd art? Would you like to give lessons, or teach a small class, but you don't have a place to do so?

• Would you like to host or show your work in a gallery show?

...If so, please get in touch! I would like to host different types of art and crafting classes and lessons in my shop and/or studio, and would love to work together with some local creative types who would like to teach adults or kids! The studio can accommodate up to about 8 people, and the shop space can be pressed into service for slightly larger groups. I'm also eager to start putting on monthly or quarterly gallery shows, but I need local artists who'd like to show their work! I am completely willing to work with folks to find an arrangement that works for us both on a case by case basis, so there's really no set rules for how this would work. Let's talk!
